Tell us about your project
A useful first message includes your company name, the service you need, your current database environment, the intended outcome, and your preferred timeline. You can include a budget range or procurement requirements where available.
Please start with a high-level description. Do not send passwords, private keys, production database exports, or other sensitive customer data in an initial email. If an engagement needs system access or confidential material, we will agree an appropriate way to exchange it.
From enquiry to delivery
- Requirements. We discuss your environment, objectives, and constraints.
- Written proposal. A quotation or scope of work sets out the deliverables, fees, schedule, responsibilities, and relevant service conditions.
- Agreement and invoicing. The contracting entity and billing details are identified in the agreement and invoice before payment is requested.
- Delivery and review. Engineering services are delivered remotely unless agreed otherwise. Work is reviewed against the agreed scope and acceptance criteria.
