Subscriptions are billed annually. Listed response targets and support hours apply only when included in the signed service agreement. Confirm availability, currency, taxes and the final scope in your quotation.
Scope you can review before committing
Services are delivered as consulting and software engineering engagements. The written quotation or service agreement specifies the contracting entity, currency, fees, billing milestones, deliverables and any support commitments. An enquiry does not create an order or a service-level commitment.
Your team retains responsibility for its infrastructure and business decisions. Access to systems, production changes, backup requirements and handling of confidential material are agreed for each engagement. Please do not send credentials or production data with an initial enquiry.
Open-source software and commercial work
Open-source software can be evaluated from the project documentation. Each project and dependency has its own licence; a service purchase does not replace those terms. Our fees cover the engineering, support and other deliverables agreed for your engagement.
