## Scope and contact

This notice covers the PGSTY company website at pgsty.com and information
you send to PGSTY PTE. LTD. through business enquiries. It does not describe
data processing inside software that you deploy yourself, or replace any
data handling terms agreed for a customer engagement.

## Information involved

**Website requests.** This is a public information website. Viewing its pages
does not require an account. Hosting and network providers may process
technical request data, such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp,
browser information, and error or security events, to deliver and protect
the website.

**Business correspondence.** If you email us, we receive the information you
choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, project
requirements, and attachments. Messages may also include the technical
metadata needed for email delivery.

**Customer work.** If a project requires access to customer systems or data,
its purpose, scope, access arrangements, and any additional data protection
requirements should be agreed as part of the engagement. Please avoid sending
credentials or production data in an initial enquiry.

## How information is used

We use enquiry information to respond to your message, assess a requested
service, prepare proposals, and manage the resulting business relationship.
Relevant correspondence and transaction records may also be needed for
contract administration, accounting, handling disputes, and applicable legal
obligations.

Technical request information is used by the hosting and network services
that deliver the website, including for availability and security. This
website does not include advertising trackers or a third-party analytics
script in its page code.

## Browser storage and search

The website stores your light, dark, or system theme preference in your
browser's local storage under `pgsty-landing-theme`. This keeps your chosen
appearance between visits. You can remove it by clearing this site's browser
storage.

Site search loads a search index from this website and matches your search
terms in the browser. The site's search code does not send those terms to an
external search provider. Fetching the index is still an ordinary website
request handled by the hosting service.

## Service providers and external sites

Website hosting, network delivery, and email services involve third-party
providers that process information needed to operate those services. These
providers may process information in countries other than your own.

The website links to project documentation, GitHub, and other external
websites. Following a link takes you to a separately operated service, where
its own privacy notice and terms apply.

## Retention and requests

How long information is needed depends on its purpose, the relevant
engagement, and applicable record-keeping obligations. Hosting and email
providers also apply their own operational retention settings. This notice
does not specify a single retention period for all information.

You can contact us to ask about personal information you have provided,
request a correction, or ask about access, deletion, or withdrawing consent
where applicable. We may need information to verify a request. We will
consider requests in light of the information involved, applicable law, and
any records that need to be retained.

## Changes to this notice

We update this notice when the website or the relevant information-handling
practices change. The update date appears at the top of this page. Questions
